Circle of Loss [or shall we say gain!]

I think this is a great idea!  I'm not overweight or anything, though for awhile at school I was eating pretty horrible -- and am now at home and wanting to start eating healthily (while staying vegetarian) and working out regularly.  I just want to lose a few pounds, nothing major.  I used to have an eating disorder, so I just don't want to get back into that calorie-obsessed behavior.

Re: Circle of Loss [or shall we say gain!]

I did great for the holidays. I am on the "my husbands an ass hole and we're getting divorced" diet. But it's the week before my period and i'm hungry for everthing within a 10 mile radius.

Re: Circle of Loss [or shall we say gain!]

This is a great idea!

I think I am 5'6 or 5'7, i cant remember which, and between 118-120 pounds. I really want to tone my tummy and thighs before the summer. How can I do this?

I eat very healthy but the only exercise I get is: 10-15 mins of walking afterschool 5 times a week, a little bit of exercise from walking all over my school, and then once a week we have gym class where I go on a treadmill, bike, or we run and do many different exercises.

Its too cold and icy to go jogging outside and I have very little time for exercise. Anyone have any suggestions for exercises that don't take  a whole lot of time?
