Meditation is the way to train and develop your mind to become more stable, adhere to the goodness and have a better quality of mind. When we meditate deeply our brain produces a fountain of pleasurable chemicals which make us feel blissful and exquisitely happy.  Meditation trains the mind to focus and achieve clarity, a clear mind makes you more productive, especially in creative disciplines like writing and planning.

Meditation makes you mentally strong sometimes we get upset by little things. It is the nature of our mind to magnify small things into serious problems.Meditation helps us detach. We learn to live in the here and now, rather than worrying about the past or future. We do not worry about meaningless things, but see the bigger picture. For additional benefits light an herbal incense while meditating.

Always behavior yoga in a proper way: Whether you try basic effects like Pranayama or Meditation ensure you do it properly as per the spirit and guidance of Ayurveda. The breathing and movement of your body has to be appropriate. If you are not able to try out practices plus Bhakti Yoga or Hatha Yoga you can just end up getting some of the negative effects.
